摘要
企业的人力资源是企业形成核心竞争力和推动企业快速成长的关键。在新世纪,我国企业的人力资源管理将面临全球化、新技术、成本控制、管理方法等多方面的挑战,人力资源管理也将随之呈现出职能的分化、管理的强化等新趋势。因此,我国人力资源管理应采取的主要对策应是:明确人力资源管理战略性职能、重新定位人力资源管理者的角色、重组人力资源部,建立一整套科学而有效的人力资源管理体系,实现人力资源和市场化对接,塑造高效团体,创建学习型企业。
Industrial human resources are the key to the core competitiveness and fast development of businesses.In the new century,our country's industrial human resources will be faced with the challenges of globalization, new technologies,cost control,and management methods etc.Human resources management will show the tendency of functional division and management intensification. So we should adopt the following countermeasures: to define the strategic function of human resources management, to reorientate the role of the human resources manager , to rebuild human resources department to establish a new scientific andeffective system of human resources management, to make human resources fit into the market economy,to create an efficient body, and to establish a learning-type business.
