摘要
在测量出双胶合透镜的焦距、后顶焦距、中心厚度和第一表面、第三表面曲率半径的基础上,利用ZEMAX软件的评价函数和优化功能,反演出双胶合透镜2种材料的折射率系列和胶合面曲率半径,再根据双胶合透镜像差公差的容限进一步筛选出材料的最佳组合,优化得出双胶合透镜的结构参量,实现了双胶合物镜结构参量的无损反演或测量.
After measuring the focal length ,back focal length ,center thickness and the radius of curvature of the first and the third surfaces of doublet lens ,the evaluation function and optimization function of ZEMAX software was applied to invert for the refractive index series and cemented surface's radius of curvature .Furthermore ,according to the tolerance of aberration ,the best combination of two materials was screened and the method for optimizing structural parameters of doublet lens was got .
