摘要
介绍了柔性太阳能电池的工作原理及实验装置,通过实验给出了在接受几组不同波长光照情况下对开路电压、短路电流和输出功率等特性参数的影响.
This paper introduced the working principle of flexible solar cells ,and has given its influences to some related parameters such as the open circuit voltage ,short circuit current and output power in a different wavelength illumination conditions ,through the experiment we can see that the response of the amorphous silicon battery component used in the experiment to thermal light warm color is obvious ,that is to say ,under the irradiation of larger wavelengths of light(e .g .red ,yellow light) ,the power of battery component is relatively high ,while under the irradiation of shorter wavelengths of light(e .g .blue ,purple light) ,the power of battery component is relatively low .
