摘要
为了应对外部因素对核心竞争力的影响,地级市应该用战略思维提供未来行动框架。研究把实力强的地级市定位为现有竞争者,实力较弱,但拥有替代品生产潜力的弱地级市是潜在威胁者。以省为上游供给者、县为下游服务购买者,替代品为生产公共服务和产品的能力。以迈克尔·波特的五力模型嫁接到地级市竞争力分析,形成了地级市五力模型的战略菱形模型。通过分析利益相关者的博弈,研究构建了地级市战略定位三角模型,用于解释未来地级市的战略定位。
In order to cope with the impact of external factors on core competitiveness,prefecture-level cities should use strategic thinking to provide a framework for future action.The study has positioned the strong prefecture-level city as an existing competitor with weaker strength,but the weak-level city with the potential for alternative production is a potential threat.The province is the upstream supplier,the county is the downstream service buyer,and the substitute is the ability to produce public services and products.With Michael Porter’s five-force model grafted to the prefecture-level market competitiveness analysis,a strategic diamond model of the prefecture-level five-force model was formed.By analyzing the game of stakeholders,this paper studies and constructs a triangular model of strategic positioning in prefecture-level cities to explain the strategic positioning of future prefecture-level cities.
