陕西发展枢纽经济的经济地理学解析:机遇、挑战与对策

Analysis of Hub Economy Developing in Shaanxi under A Perspective of Economic Geography: the Opportunities, Challenges and Countermeasures

应用经济地理学相关理论,在阐释枢纽经济、门户经济、流动经济内涵及联系的基础上,重点剖析了陕西发展枢纽经济的机遇与挑战,并有针对性地设计了促进区域枢纽经济发展的对策路径。研究表明:第一,世界经济地理格局演变和中国全面对外开放的发展愿景重塑了陕西的经济地理中心区位优势,而由此带来的交通枢纽建设和国家战略支持为发展枢纽经济创造了机遇条件;第二,陕西当前尚处在枢纽经济运行机制所设定的初级阶段,同时面临着高等级枢纽城市谋求"枢纽—网络"以突破腹地限制和其他枢纽城市摆脱低水平专业化运行态势的双重挑战;第三,开创陕西枢纽经济"2025三位一体新局面"应从交通枢纽、产业驱动、空间结构等三方面综合施策。

Based on the discussion of connotations of hub economy,gateway economy,flow economy and their linkages,the opportunities and challenges of hub economy developing in Shaanxi are deeply analyzed with the employment of economic geography theories,while the route of corresponding countermeasures is put forward at the same time.It is suggested that:1)the central location advantage of Shaanxi,which was reestablished by both the present evolution of World economic geography pattern and the China objective of fully opening-up,is considered the opportunities of hub economy because of its great contributions to the transportation hub construction in Shaanxi,as well as national strategic supports.2)according to the operating mechanism,the hub economy in Shaanxi is only developed to a preliminary stage right now so that double challenges referred to breaking through market heartland with an effective hub-network organization for the high-order hubs and getting rid of preliminary low-level running for the other hubs are unavoidably faced.3)countermeasures should be comprehensively adopted from three aspects in order to form'a new situation of smooth operating of hub economy in Shaanxi till 2025',including transportation hubs,industrial forces and spatial structures.
