法制教育思想是邓小平法制思想的重要组成部分,对我国改革开放后法制教育地位的确立,法制教育的开展,人民群众法制观念的形成以及法制建设的推进有着重要的影响。邓小平法制教育思想立意深远,内涵丰富,时代特色鲜明,是我国法治建设的宝贵精神财富。本文基于文献史料的搜集和整理,对邓小平法制教育思想的历史价值进行了研究。

The thought of legal education is an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s legal system thought,which has an important impact on the establishment of the legal system education status,the development of the legal system education,as well as the formation of the people’s concept of the legal system and the promotion of legal system construction after China’s reform and opening up.Deng Xiaoping’s thought of legal education has a profound intention,rich connotation,distinctive characteristics of The Times,which is the precious spiritual wealth of China’s legal construction.Based on the collection and arrangement of historical documents,this paper studies the historical value of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of legal education.
