摘要
本文测定报道了不同规格魁蚶在11、14、20、23℃条件下不同活动水平的耗氧率。结果表明,在相同温度条件下,单位体重耗氧率随体重的增加而下降,随活动水平的加强而升高,另外,单位体重耗氧率亦随温度的升高而增加。11~23℃内耗氧率介于0.28~1.05ml O_2/g干肉重/小时,或介于0.038~0.126ml O_2/g活体重/小时之间。统计得出了11~23℃内魁蚶耗氧率与壳长、体重(活体重、总干重、干肉重)的指数回归公式,其中体重回归式中的指数b为0.642。计算了11~23℃的Q_(10)值为1.75。
The oxygen consumption rates at 11, 14, 17, 20, 23℃ in different activitylevels of Scapharca broughtonii were measured. It indicated that in the sametemperature, the relative oxygen consumption rates decrease with body weight butincrease with activity levels. The oxygen consumption rates are 0.280-1.05ml O_2/g-dry flesh weight/h or 0.038-0.126ml O_2/g-live weight/h at 11-23℃. It also gavethe exponential regression equations between the oxygen consumption rates andshell lenght, body weight (live weight, total dry weight, dry flesh weight), and the b value is 0.642. The Q_(10) value in 11-23℃ is 1.75.
