中小学教师校本培训的设计思路

摘要 本文从校本培训的基本理念出发,确认和阐述了中小学教师校本培训的设计思路,即内容选择要突出现代教育观念和教学实际问题,培训方式要灵活多样,实施策略要强调“研训一体”和“成果分享”。 Starting from the basic theory of school-based training, this paper confirms and explains the designed thought of school-based training of middle and primary school teachers. Namely, the choosing of content should highlight modern education ideas and practical teaching problems. Training methods should be various and the measures should emphasize' connecting research with training' and 'sharing achievement'.
