The privatization of governmental public unit means running the public service of a government by market, which is a new mode of government administration, that in the development of public service a government must actively adopt the market competition mechanism and rely on the social public organizations to cure the disease resulted from government monopoly over the public service. This result comes from direct reality , definite economic source, and profound theoretical basis and it can be realized multilaterally which is of reference to our government.
