Several Problems of Tradition Management in Knowledge Based Economy

知识经济使管理的基本对象由体力(肌肉骨骼的机械力)输出向脑力(智慧)输出的偏移。这使得传统管理面临系列的挑战,其中核心问题是知识作业的工效,并提出了知识作业基本工效问题研究的三点思考。

The emergence of the knowledge based economy brought about fundamental changes in the way of people work. Namely, the mental based word is replacing the physical based work. How to manage the knowledge work in a scientific way became a new challenge encountered by managerial science, and three questions of knowledge work are posed in this paper.
