On the Ideas and Concepts and Their Formation of the People in West China

本文对比分析了西部人思想观念的主要表现以及形成的自然和历史的原因。提出了要富口袋先换脑袋的思想解放和观念更新的重要性。

This text compared and analyzed the main performance and the historical and natural reasons for the ideas and concepts of people in western China. It pointed out that the important prerequisites of achieving rich pockets of the people in west China are the ideal emancipation and conceptual renewal through breaking away from outdated traditional thoughts.
