摘要
教师专业化的国际潮流及知识经济时代的浪潮亟待教师专业能力的合理性生长。探索教师专业能力发展过程,为教师专业能力成长构建理性基点是支持“教育母机”——师范教育良性运转的客观要求。本文试图从教师专业能力发展过程中的五对矛盾入手,通过“对话式”的透视,以期对教师专业能力成长过程获得更为全面、准确的把握。
With the tide of teachers' prof essionalization, knowledge era and expection of the maturation of teacher' specialty, construction of the rational pivot for growth of teachers' competence is the objective demand, which surports the positive operation of teachers' education-the base of education. The essay intends to explore the growh process of teacher' specialty competence comprehensively and appropriately by analyzing the five contradictions in a way of dialog.
