摘要
目的 :研究小木通ClematisarmandiiFranch 的化学成分。方法 :采用柱色谱进行分离纯化 ,通过理化方法和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果 :从小木通木质藤茎的乙醇提取物中分得 9个木脂素成分 ,分别鉴定为armandiside(1) ,liriodendrin(2 ) ,(+ )pinoresinol 4,4′ Ο bis β D glucopyranoside(3 ) ,(+ ) pinoresinol 4′ Ο β D glu copyranoside(4) ,(+ ) syringa resinol 4′ Ο β D glucopyranoside(5) ,(+ ) lariciresinol 4,4′ Ο bis β D glucopyranoside(6) ,(+ ) lariciresinol 4 Ο β D glucopyranoside(7) ,(+ ) lariciresinol 4′ Ο β D glucopyranoside(8) ,salvadoraside(9)。 结论 :化合物 1为新化合物 ,化合物 2~
AIM: To study the chemical const itue nts of Clematis armandii Franch.. METHOD: The constituen ts were isolated and purified by column chromatography and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULT : Nine compounds were obtained as armandiside(1),liriodendri n(2) ,(+)-pinoresinol 4,4′-Ο-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside(3 ),(+)-pinor esinol 4′-Ο-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(+)-syrin garesinol 4′-Ο-β -D-glucopyranoside(5),(+)-lariciresinol 4,4′-Ο -bis-β-D-gluco pyranoside(6),(+)-lariciresinol 4-Ο-β-D-gluc opyranoside(7),(+)-lariciresinol 4′-Ο-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8),and salvadoraside(9). CONCLUSION: All the se compounds were ob tained from this plant for the first time,and compound 1 is a new g lucoside.
