中国西北地区高速公路建设与水资源保护

Freeway construction in Chinese northwest area and water resource protection

结合西北地区自然环境特征和高速公路的建设特点,从水资源保护角度分析了西北地区高速公路建设中存在的主要水环境问题及其产生机理。认为高速公路建设对水资源的影响主要有公路开挖或路基对地下水流的影响、高路堤对地表径流形态的影响、公路弃渣对地表水体水文条件的影响、公路施工及营运过程中水土流失、施工废水、生活污水以及路面径流雨水对地表水体水质的影响。参考国内外高速公路发展中水资源保护技术及工作经验,探讨了西北地区高速公路发展中水资源保护的技术措施。

Combining the features of natural environment and freeway construction in Chinese northwest area,the pollution of water environment by highway construction and its forming mechanism were analyzed in terms of water resource protection. The influence factors include those, the influence of excavating or roadbase to ground water, the influence of high embankment to surface runoff pattern and highway dregs to surface water body hydrological condition,the influence of soil erosion and construction waste water,domestic sewage and pavement runoff to the quality of surface water body. Reference from the technological data and work experience of other contries for water resource prolection, the technological methods were discussed for water resource protection in northwest freeway construction.
