In order to build a beautiful China and meet the people's hope of a better life,the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out in the part on the reform of the eco-environment supervision system that it is necessaiy to strengthen the overall design for,and organizational leadership of,eco-civilization construction,establish stale-owned natural resources assets management and natural ecology supervision organizations,improve the eco-environment management system,and uniformly exercise the duties of all owners of all natural resources assds.
