'法与时转则治,治与世宜则有功'。今年3月11日,十三届全国人大一次会议表决通过的宪法修正案,回应了资源环境这个时代性问题,历史性地将生态文明写入其中,在展现美丽中国新气象、谱写美丽中国新篇章、实现美丽中国新作为方面释放出强烈信号,使生态文明的国家战略地位再创新高度。生态文明入宪展现新气象生态文明入宪,在根本法中展现了生态文明建设的新气象,主要体现在四个方面。
