中共十八大是中国绿色发展史上的重要转折点。通过五年的努力,中国生态文明建设取得了重大进展。今后五年,中国将进入国家绿色发展史上的重要转承期,既要完成2020年的绿色发展目标,也要为2035年乃至2050年的绿色发展目标奠定基础。鉴于此,我们有必要直面问题,按照中共十九大对环境保护和生态文明建设提出的新论断、新观点和新举措,研究今后生态文明建设与体制改革的具体策略.

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is an important turning point in China‘s green development history.Through efforts made in the recent five years,China has achieved great ecological progress.In the next five years,the country will enter an important transitioning period in the history of green development It will not only realize green development goals for 2020,but also lay a foundation for attaining such goals for 2035 and 2050.In view of this,it is necessary for us to confront challenges squarely,and study concrete strategies to promote ecological progress and institutional reform according to new views and measures put forward at the 19th CPC National Congress.
