2019年贵阳的春天来得不早也不晚。几声春雷,几场昼伏夜出春雨,原野和枝头上不期然间染满了葱绿,街头巷陌里处处便有了的生气。岁末年初,贵州省赤水市被生态环境部授牌命名为'绿水青山就金山银山'实践创新基地,贵州省仁怀市被生态环境部授牌命名为家生态文明建设示范市县,贵州省的贵阳市、黔南州两地通过全国二批水生态文明城市评估验收。

The spring of Guiyang came at perfect timing in 2019.Several claps of spring thunder and night rains dyed fields and trees verdant,and the vigor of spring was thus felt up hill and down dale.In the beginning of this year,Chishui City in Guizhou Province was awarded by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment with a title of the practice and innovation base for the concept tha“t lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”;Renhuai City in Guizhou Province was awarded by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as a national demonstration area(municipality/county)for promoting ecological progress;
