The UN Action Plan on Cultural Policy for Development states that"Development can ultimately be defined by the concept of culture,and cultural prosperity is the highest goal of development."Nowadays,our world is facing the common challenges of tightening resource constraints,serious environmental pollution,and ecosystem degradation.To meet these challenges,we need to work hand in hand in a multi-pronged way.One of the most important aspects is to build the hard power of ecological civilization construction with the soft power of culture.The Chinese civilization has made vital contributions to the development of the world civilization.Traditional Chinese culture is embedded with systematic and enriched wisdom on ecology.
