摘要
该文总结提出了上海建设生态文明的三个特征,对比建设全球卓越城市的要求,归纳了上海生态环境保护和生态文明建设还存在的六个方面问题,提出下一步生态文明建设要推进的四项重点工作。
This paper sums up three characteristics in Shanghai’s ecological civilization construction,summarizes six problems in Shanghai’s ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction compared with the requirements for the construction of a global excellent city,and proposes four key tasks to be promoted in the next step of ecological civilization construction.
