钌催化高碘酸钾氧化变色酸2R体系的研究及其分析应用 被引量:12

摘要 在Ru 催化高碘酸钾氧化变色酸2R的褪色反应基础上,提出了测定钌的新催化光度法。在25mL溶液中,钌质量在0~0 12μg范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为8 24×10-5μg/mL,测定0 05μgRu 的相对标准偏差为1 02%(n=11)。催化反应的表观活化能为31 9kJ/mol。催化反应对钌和变色酸2R分别为一级反应。此法满意地用于某些冶金产品和矿石中钌的测定,相对标准偏差为1 3%~2 6%,标准加入回收率为99 3%~103 5%。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determinations of ruthenium*#,based on its catalytic effects on the reactions of chromotrope 2R oxidized by KIO4 in the H2SO4 mediumBeer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 00-012μg/25mL for Ru*#with the detection limit of 824×10-5μg/mLThe relative standard deviation for the determination of Ru*#at the concentration of 005 μg/25mL was calculated as 102%(n=11)The results obtained from the studies on the kinetic parameters suggested that the apparent activation energy of this reaction was 319kJ/mol and the catalytic reaction was first-order for both Ru*#and chromotrope 2RThe method has been successfully applied for the determination of trace amounts of ruthenium in some ores and metallurgy products with the relative standard deviation of 13%-26% and the recovery of 993%-1035%
