摘要
研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下铟与邻氯苯基荧光酮的显色反应。结果表明,在pH5 8~6 6HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,铟与邻氯苯基荧光酮形成灵敏度很高的紫红色络合物,其ε=2 26×105,于25mL溶液中铟质量在0~12μg范围内符合比尔定律,采用巯基葡聚糖凝胶(SDG)分离富集,使方法的选择性大为提高,可用于多种样品中痕量铟的测定,结果令人满意,由此建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的测In 新方法。
