摘要
试验了微波消解-硼酸络合-原子吸收光谱法测定钢中全铝的主要条件及效果,提出以硼酸络合消除氢氟酸的影响,避免了高氯酸发烟带来的某些弊端。试样在国产MK-Ⅲ型实验室微波炉上消解,适宜的消解条件为:消解压力1 5MPa,消解时间3min。试验表明,微波消解样品方法与熔融回收残渣铝的传统方法相比具有快速、简便、结果准确等显著优点。
