摘要
广南县清水江林业局原为省属国有重点森工企业。自1998年实施"天保"工程以来,由于种种原因,出现了"等、靠、要"、"软、懒、散"等诸多问题。为改变此种情况,转换经营机制,2002年开始创办家庭生态林场,从而调动了职工的积极性,取得了"三赢"的效果。并提出了存在的问题及今后建议。
Qingshuijiang Forestry Industrial Bureau used to be a key forestry industrial bureau of Yunnan province. Since implementing the project of 'National Natural Forest Protection' in 1998, a series of problems considering the staff have occurred. In order to adjust management mechanism, establishment of family ecological forest farm was advocated, this kind of measure motivated the staff significantly. The existing problems and suggestions for future development are proposed.
