摘要
利用系统聚类的类平均法原理,以云南松(PinusyunnanensFranch)种子为例,提出以种子的发芽率,千粒重两项指标作为种子质量分级依据,根据聚类分析方法,计算它们之间的距离,把距离小的逐步俩俩合并,最后得出种子质量等级。
Using the seeds of Pinus yunnanensis as research materials, seed grading was studied and explored by using rationale of the unweighted pair-group mean average of cluster analysis. Taking the germination percentage and thousand grain weight as grading criteria, the distance can be calculated by using cluster analysis method, after combining those with shorter distance, the quality grade of seeds can be worked out.
