鹅胰—十二指肠瘘管模型及胰液分泌 被引量:1

Model of pancreatic duct-duodenal cannulas and secretion of exocrine pancreas in geese

摘要 在16只杂交(川白×太湖)成年鹅上安装长久性胰—十二指肠返流式瘘管,于自然状态下,收集纯净的胰液并分析其中酶的活性.鹅在试验期夜间(20:00至翌日8:00)禁食,自由饮水,连续收集其胰液.结果表明:鹅的胰液呈不规则连续性分泌,白天速率为(93.59±15.57)μL·h-1,夜间为(42.93±4.50)μL·h-1,平均68.15μL·h-1;分泌量白天占68.55%,夜间占31.45%.夜间胰液中蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性分别较白天低44.46%(P<0.05)、22.48%(P<0.05)和11.67%(P>0.05);同样,胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶夜间的总活性也显著低于白天,分别低33.74%(P<0.01)、43.69%(P<0.01)和59.44%(P<0.01).表明鹅胰液的分泌与其消化功能相适应,白天机体受到多种的神经和体液因素调节,消化活动相对较强,因此其分泌和消化酶的产生量均较大. Sixteen adult crossbred (Sichuan White×Tai Lake) geese, fitted with chronic main pancreatic duct-duodenal cannulas were used in this study. The birds were herded in pens. Feeds and water intake were given with the barley based diet for all the experimental period in daytime (8:00-20:00), whereas feeds were fasted in nighttime. The pancreatic juices were collected continuously. The results showed that the pancreatic juice of geese was secreted continuously, but irregularity. The average secretion rate was (93.59±15.57) μL·h^(-1) in daytime and (42.93±4.50) μL·h^(-1) in nighttime. The volume of daytime took up 68.55% and that of nighttime was 31.45% in total volume. Also the total activities of protease, lipase and amylase in pancreatic juice were lower by 33.74% (P<0.01),43.69% (P<0.01) and 59.44% (P<0.01) than those of daytime, separately. These results illustrated that the ratio of the exocrine pancreatic secretion and the activities of pancreatic enzyme in daytime were higher than those of nighttime, because of regulation of vegetative nerve and gastroenteric hormones.
