介绍国内、外制造业在客户化服务领域,应用远程服务远程工程的研究现状和发展趋势及客户化服务的框架结构。
By survey the study on teleservice for manufacturing, the trend of customized service is also introduced. Finally, a customer service center (CSC) include Call Center,CRM and total product life circle service is presented.
