摘要
本文介绍了作者设计的18吨锌熔化炉的结构特点,指出采用辐射拱加热锌锭可有效降低锌液烧损率,采用双回路控制温度可提高锌液温度的稳定性和成品率。
The paper introduces the structural features of a 18t zinc melting furnace designed by the authors,and points out that heating the zinc pig by radiant arch can greatly reduce the burning loss of zinc melt,and that controlling the temperature by double circuit can ef- fectively increase the temperature stability of zinc melt and production yield.
