气垫式退火炉是一种新型的金属带材退火设备,与各种老式的退火炉相比,具有速度快、效率高、退火组织均匀、带材表面光亮、无擦伤等一系列优点。其核心部分是炉体,而炉体的关键则是"气体喷射装置",它能在炉内形成气垫,使带材在漂浮状态下进行退火。
Continuous floating annealing furnace is a new type equipment for metal strip annealing,which has many merits compared with traditional furnaces:faster annealing speed;higher efficiency;uniform annealed structure;bright surface of strip;no scratching and so on.The body is important component of the furnace,and its key device is the gas spraying unit,which can form a gas-cushion to float the strip in the furnace during annealing.
