摘要
目的 :探讨HIF与人脑胶质瘤恶性度及侵袭力的关系 .方法 :免疫组化和原位杂交法对人脑胶质瘤病检标本研究 ,从转录和蛋白表达水平研究HIF在不同级别胶质瘤细胞中的表达情况 .结果 :不同级别的胶质瘤HIF表达情况不同 ,级别高的肿瘤HIF表达高于级别低的肿瘤 ,以高度恶性胶质瘤最为显著 ;HIF表达与Ki 6 7有密切相关性 .结论 :HIF在胶质瘤中表达与肿瘤恶性度及侵袭性有明显的相关性 ,提示HIF可能是激发实体胶质瘤发展及复发的因素之一 .
AIM: To study the relationship between the expression of HIF (hypoxia inducible factor) and the malignancy and invasiveness of human gliomas. METHODS: Seventy biopsy specimens of glioma patients were studied by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization techniques. The transcription and expression of HIF gene were investigated in each grade of gliomas. RESULTS: The expressions of HIF were different in gliomas from Ⅰ to Ⅳ grades and the expression of HIF was stronger in high grade gliomas than that in the low. The top malignant glioma showed noted expression of HIF and the expression of HIF was correlated with Ki 67. CONCLUSION: There is a significant correlation between the expression level of HIF and the tumor malignancy and invasiveness, suggesting that HIF may be one of the positive factors to promote glioma development and recurrence.
