摘要
本文讨论了φ200 mm 工业化大型组件的研制及其基本性能。用自来水和1500mg/dm^3的NaCl 水溶液分别对组件进行了寿命考核实验。产水量下降斜率对于自来水为-0.032、盐水为-0.014。详细叙述了关于压力、流速、温度及浓度等的参数实验,获得的数据对工程设计有较大的参考价值。
This paper deals with the development of φ200 mm large industrialmodules and their main performances.The life test of the modules wasmade using tap water and NaCl aqueous solution at 1500 mg/dm^3.Theslope of the flux declining is -0.032 for tap-water and -0.014 for thesaline,the experiments on their parameters such as the pressure,flowrate,temperature and concentration etc,were carried out,the data obtainedhave a high reference value for engineering designs.
