摘要
本文用X射线衍射线形付里叶分析法,得到了含31.55%Zn的黄铜板在室温经不同变形后,位错密度ρ和位错排列参量M随外加应力σ_a大小的变化规律,可以进一步了解范性形变中的加工硬化理论。提出了长程应变与短程应变交替硬化的观点。
X-ray diffraction Fourier profile analysis has been performed for polycrystallineα-brass plate with 31.55 wt-% Zn after a series of uniaxial tensile tests with differentstrain rates.Dislocation density ρ and configuration parameter M may be presented as a function of appliedstress σ_a. A mechanism of alternative long-range and short-range strain hardening has been pro-posed.
