摘要
用聚丙烯腈超滤膜对涂料废稀料中的溶剂回收进行了研究,并与蒸馏法作了比较。结果表明:超滤法可用于从废涂料稀料中回收溶剂,回收溶剂中去除了其中的填料颜料以及大部分的树脂,表观透明,但有微量色度,回收溶剂可用于配制深色漆或洗罐。
The recovery of solvents from waste paints was studied by ultrafiltrationmethod using polyacryloritrile membrane.The method was compared withdistillation.The results show ultrafiltration can be used for recoveringsolvents from waste paints,the fillings,pigments,and most resins wereremoved.The recovered solvent was transparent and slightly colored,itcan be used to compound deep paints or to clean containers.
