摘要
无论是出血性中风、缺血性中风,还是混合性中风,其病变关键均为血瘀,故临床只有把握好血瘀证之类别、属性、发生、发展机理和传变演化规律,并以客观证候为依据,方可对证施治。
Whatever it is hemorrhagic,ischemic or mixed apoplexy,the key of pathological changes is blood stasis.As a result,clinically the differentia,characteristics,ocurring,development rules and principles of changes of blood stasis must be mastered first,with objective symptoms as the evidence,then the treatment based on overall analysis may begin.
