摘要
本文考察了γ-球蛋白(γ-G)、牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和溶菌酶(LSZ)三种不同分子尺寸的蛋白质在聚砜超滤膜上的吸附行为。采用渗透法和浸泡法区分了膜表面层和膜孔内的蛋白质吸附量。结果表明由于膜对蛋白质截留行为的不同导致了三种蛋白质在膜表面和膜孔内的吸附规律具有显著差异。
This paper studied adsorption behaviour of different-sized proteinmolecules of gamma-globulin,bovine serum albumin and lysozyme on poly-sulfone ultrafiltration membrane.Permeation and immersion methods wereadopted to obtain the amount of adsorbed proteins on membrane surface andmembrane pore surface respectively.The results showed that the adsorptionlaws of the three proteins on active surface significantly differed fromone another on pore surface because the rejection of the membrane to thementioned proteins was different.
