摘要
以PSA 膜作为支撑底膜,采用复合工艺制备了聚酯布增强复合型RUF 膜。用0.5%分子量4000的聚乙二醇水溶液作为供料液,在操作压力0.5 MPa下动态测试,RUF 膜截留率大于95%,水通量3.0—6.0 ml/(cm^2·h)。本文观测了操作压力、供料液温度、浓度和pH 值对RUF 膜性能的影响,同时进行了长期运行考核试验。
Reinforced RUF composite membranes were prepared using PSA memb-rane as a supporting membrane.Membrane samples,tested at an operatingpressure of 0.5MPa with 0.5% PEG (MW=4000),yielded a flux of 3.0—6.0ml/cm^2·h at a rejection of 95%.The effects of operating pressure,tempe-rature,concentration and pH values of the feedwater on RUF membraneperformance were observed,and at the same time,long-term storage stabilitywere tested.
