本文对挤压机加工谷物膨化食品和加工固体焦糖色素这两种不同的挤压过程作了一个对比研究,阐述了挤压反应的特点及挤压机作为反应器的不足之处,提出了挤压机作为生化反应器在淀粉行业中应用的一些改进思路。

This article compares two extrusion processes between extruding corn puffed food and caramel color.It analyses the features of reactive extrusion and the shortness of extruder working as a reactor.It gives some designing advices on extruder using as a reactor when applied in starch field.
