电镜观察反渗透膜及气体分离膜的微细结构

摘要 反渗透膜及气体分离膜具有比超滤膜更致密的皮层,使电镜观察其微细结构更加困难。本文采用冷冻断裂样品扫描电镜和包埋样品超薄切片透射电镜观察方法测得醋酸纤维素反渗透膜的皮层厚度约为2000(?),气体分离复合膜皮层总厚度约为1500(?),顶部超薄复合层厚度约为350(?)。无法得到皮层孔结构的清析图象。 The skin layer of reverse osmosis membrane and gas separation membraneis much dense than ultrafiltration membrane's.It means that there is moredifficult for observating microstructure with electron microscope,In thispaper a study was made-of the micro structure of reverse osmosis membraneand gas separation membrane by transmission (sample embeded and ultra-thin tome sliced) and scanning (sample frozen and fractured) electron micro-scope.The results show that the thickness of CA reverse osmosis membraneis about 2000(?),the total thickness of gas separation membrane is about1500(?),and the ultrathin layer thickness on the top of support membraneis about 350(?) respectively.The photograph of skin layer with clear porestructure has not been obtained.
