亚麻籽是一种富含α 亚麻酸的植物资源,α 亚麻酸具有重要的生理功能。以亚麻籽、米粉为主要原料,研制了亚麻籽米粉。实验结果确定了亚麻籽米粉最佳配方为米粉100%,糖40%,亚麻籽30%,卵磷脂10%,奶粉10%。

Linseed is a plant source rich in αlinolenic acid and has important physiologic function.Rice meal with linseed was produced using rice meal and linseed,etc.The result of experiment indicated that the best rate is rice meal 100%,sugar 40%,linseed 30%,lecithin 10%,milk powder 10%.
