摘要
给出ASC液压抽油机的一种新平衡理论及其计算方法和系统参数的调整方法。对于带有奇异型后驴头的液压抽油机使用的是最大值判据法 ,对于轴承联接的液压抽油机使用的是最小值判据法。应用此法可使抽油机的平衡度 ξT 达到 89%~ 90 %。
A balance theory and its calculation method, and a regulation method on system parameters of ASC hydraulic pumping units are proposed. The maximum criterion method is used for the hydraulic pumping units with singular back-mule-head, and the minimum criterion method is used for that with bearing linkage. By means of above methods the equilibrium ratio ξ_T can reach to 80%~90%.
