摘要
稀土元素作为微米级晶粒细化剂在有色和黑色金属工业中已经得到广泛应用,试验采用TEM,EDX,HEED和XRD方法研究了稀土钕对真空沉积的纳米级银粒子的细化作用。结果表明,稀土钕对银纳米粒子有细化作用,与稀土钕相关的成分为非晶态,细化作用使银的XRD衍射峰消失。分析认为,细化作用源于稀土钕增强了基底表面徙动激活能和基底原子吸附能,并由Lewis-Campbell理论估算得到稀土钕的引入使基底表面徙动激活能增加约0.071eV,相应的基底原子吸附能增加约0.142eV~0.426eV。
The effect of neodymium on the silver nanoparticles prepared by vacuum deposition has been studied by TEM, EDX, HEED and XRD. Experimental results show that the size of silver particle decreases, its XRD peak disappears, and the component related to neodymium is amorphous due to the adding of neodymium., it is considered that the neodymium adding can increase the activation energy for surface diffusion to be 0.071 eV, and the adsorption energy to be 0.142 eV similar to 0. 426 eV based-on the theory of Lewis-Campbell.
