摘要
通过鱼害粘球菌(Myxococcuspiscicola)对兴国红鲤(Cyprinuscarpiovar.singuonensis)、彭泽鲫(Carassiusauratusvar.pengzenensis)的攻毒实验,初步确定菌的致死浓度范围。在25℃下,体重为160g左右的兴国红鲤致死浓度数量级为1011,体重为140g左右的彭泽鲫致死浓度数量级为108。感染结果表明:兴国红鲤的抗病力强于彭泽鲫;两种鱼死亡特征都表现为细菌性烂鳃病。
According to the results of artificial infection to Xingguo red carp(Cyprinus carpio var singuonensis) and pengze crucian carp(Carassius auratus var.pengzenensis), determined initially the bacteria range of concentration: the red carp which weighed 160g or so was 10″, then the pengze crucian carp which weighed 140g or so was 10~8. The results also showed that the resistance of Xingguo red carp was stronger than that of pengze crucian carp . The characteristics of death indicated that the both died from gill disease.
