摘要
用共沉淀法制备了纳米级的Ce∶YIG(yttriumirongarnet)石榴石粉体颗粒。所制备粉体颗粒中各种元素分布均匀 ,颗粒的粒径分布范围窄 ,粉体的团聚程度小。DTATG曲线显示 :粉体中Ce∶YIG晶相的形成温度在 75 2~ 846℃这一范围内。XRD的结果表明 :在 95 0℃烧结 1h即可得到Ce∶YIG颗粒 ,然而始终有部分Ce4+ 离子以CeO2 的形式存在 ,未能进入Ce∶YIG晶相结构。粉体饱和磁化强度随烧结温度的不同而变化 ,在 10 0 0℃时的比饱和磁化强度为 17.0 1(A·m2 ) /kg。
Cerium doped yttrium iron garnet powder in nanometer size was prepared by coprecipitation method. It is found that elements of Y, Ce and Fe are uniformly distributed in the powder and slight agglomeration formation is observed. DTATG results show that phase transition temperature from oxide to crystalline cubic Ce∶YIG begins at 752 ℃ and ends at 846 ℃. After calcination at 950 ℃ for 1 h, Ce∶YIG phase can be obtained and no other phase is found during the whole sintering process. But not reacted CeO 2 is still observed in XRD patterns. The saturation magnetization of powder is changed with the sintering temperature, which reaches to 17.01( A·m 2)/ kg at 1 000 ℃.
