摘要
以胶棉人工活性膜为模板 ,于室温下 ,在 0 .1 mol/L的 Hg( NO3 ) 2 和 Na2 S溶液组成的隔膜体系中 ,成功制备了硫化汞纳米晶 .产物为近球形的多晶粒子 ,平均粒径为 3 3 nm,属于立方闪锌矿结构 ,晶格常数a=0 .5 85 1 6nm.另外 ,初步探讨了产物的合成机理 .
Polynanocrystals of HgS were synthesized with artificial active membrane of collodion as the template. The results indicated that approximately spherical HgS particles about 33 nm, which has a cubic zinc-blende structure with a cell parameter a=0.585 16 nm, could be formed at room temperature with 0.1 mol/L HgS and 0.1 mol/L Na 2S as the reactants. In addition, the tentative research for the reaction mechanism has been carried out.
