摘要 傅里叶变换红外 ( FTIR)光谱可以在分子水平上研究细胞和组织等复杂的生命体系 ,提供分子结构和组成的信息 .我们发展了一种用于直接测定肿瘤及正常组织红外光谱的方法 ,对 1 6例肺癌及其癌旁正常组织进行了测定 .结果表明 ,对于正常和癌变的肺组织 ,FTIR光谱中存在显著差异 ,相关谱带的相对峰高比可以表征这些差异 .因此 ,傅里叶变换红外光谱可以用来诊断癌症与正常的肺组织 ,有望成为肿瘤快速诊断的新方法 . Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was applied to study the malignant and normal tissues of lung. The distinct differences were observed in the FTIR spectra between the normal and malignant lung tissues. Amide Ⅱ bands were weak in malignant tissues but strong in normal tissues; CH bending bands of malignant tissues around 1 460 cm -1 became lower than those of normal tissues; the bands around 1 240 and 1 080 cm -1, related to P-O and C-O stretching, respectively, both revealed different changes in malignant and normal tissues. The results also show that four groups of relative intensity ratios, including I 1 640/I 1 550, I 1 460/I 1 400, I 1 240/I 1 310 and I 1 080/I 1 160, were used to distinguish the normal and malignant tissues. The relative intensities of I 1 640/I 1 550 and I 1 080/I 1 160 of the malignant tissues were higher than that of the normal tissues; nevertheless those ratios of I 1 460/I 1 400, I 1 240/I 1 310 were lower in the malignant tissues. This might indicate that the FTIR spectroscopy can be used in the clinical diagnoses.
