Research on European Cities in Middle Ages

根据近年来国内及部分国外所发表的关于中世纪欧洲城市研究的专著和论文,概述中世纪欧洲城市研究的过去、现在及未来发展趋势,以期对此热门问题做一些总结,也为目前方兴未艾的城市史研究提供一些参考。

Based on the monographs and theses issued home and abroad on European cities in middle ages, this paper outlines the past, present and future developing tendency of the researches on such cities to draw some conclusions of this heated issue and to provide some references for the present researches on city histories in the ascendant.
