摘要
基础教育应在尊重学生潜能基础上深化教育改革。多元智能理论是发展学生个性特长的理论基础。了解学生优势智能有两个方式:学生自陈测验法和教师观察法。应针对学生优势智能倾向采取开设研究课程等措施发展学生的个性特长。
Fundamental education should respect the students?potentials to deepen education reforms. Multiple aptitudes is the theoretical basis for developing students?individual specialties. There are two methods to learn students?preponderant aptitudes, namely, the testing method of students?own statement and teachers?observation. To suit a student抯 preponderant aptitudes, researches should be offered to develop the student抯 individual specialties.
