摘要 采用微波消解样品 ,其试液用电感耦合等离子体质谱 (ICP MS)法同时测定样品中Pb、As、Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、Ni、Mn等 8种微量元素。对影响其测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究 ,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 1~ 0 .0 0 8μg/L ,回收率为 93 .17%~ 10 9.95 % ,RSD小于 3 .42%。该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于纺织品中微量元素的测定 。 The essay develops a method of microwave degestion with a sample of the Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Emission Spectrometry(ICP-MS) simultanuously determining Pb,As,Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,Ni and Mn. The various factors were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination are tested and discussed. The limit of the method is 0.001~0.008μg/L. The recycling rate ranks from 93.17% to 109.95%.RSD is less than 3.42%.This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.It is used in the determination of trace elements in textile with satisfactory result.
