摘要
本文对Ti-Cu_(1-x)-Fe_x系(x=0.1-0.6)的相结构进行了测定。结果表明x=0.1和0.2的合金由γ-TiCu和CsCl型Ti(CuFe)两种相组成,其余合金为单相CsCl型结构。电子探针分析确定在γ-TiCu结构中Fe的溶解度仅为1at.-%,CsCl型结构中Cu含量可达37.5at-%。
The phase structure of Ti-Cu_(1-x)-Fe_x with x=0.1--0.6 were investigated
by means of Mossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and microprobe. The results
show that there are γ -TiCu and Ti(CuFe) Phase with CsCl type structure in the
alloys of x=0.1 and 0.2. Single phase of CsCl type was found in all other allays.
The solubility of Fe in γ-TiCu lattice is merely 1at.-% and the Cu content in CsCl
type structure is up to 37.5at.-%.
