关于建设世界政治学科的初步思考

Preliminary Thoughts on the Construction of World Politics Discipline

主流国际关系研究仅仅关注现状性结构,加之深刻的意识形态偏见与学科壁垒,已经很难满足当下中国的发展需求,因此加快世界政治学科的建设是当下中国政治学乃至整个社会科学的必然要求。世界政治学是以比较政治研究为基础的国际关系研究,是比较政治学与国际关系学的统合。'世界'是一个复数的、异质化的概念,因此世界政治需要从经济、地理和文化等诸多方面加以思考,并正确认识国内政治对国际政治所发挥的决定性作用。世界政治史是世界政治学研究的基础,其本质是资本主义驱动的白人优越论进而所建构的白人主宰的国际制度与国家关系演化的历史。分析世界政治,需要充分吸收各主要国家政治史、政治思想史、国际社会主义运动史、民族解放运动史和国际关系史的丰富资源,并加强对非西方国家尤其是中国周边国家的研究。只有这样,才能扭转几十年来学界对西方理论亦步亦趋的局面,建立真正的中国自主性社会科学。

The mainstream international studies only focus on the current structure,and it is much difficult to cope with China’s current development considering the inherent ideological prejudices and the disciplinary barriers nowadays.As a result,it is of necessity to establish a new discipline of world politics as a branch of political science or the social sciences as a whole.World politics discipline is the study of international relations based on the knowledge of comparative political studies.The'world'is a pluralistic and heterogeneous concept.Therefore,this research needs a comprehensive thinking in politics,geography and culture as well as the proper understanding of the deterministic role domestic politics in a country’s foreign relations.The political history of the world constitutes the foundation of the world politics,and it is in essence driven by capitalism with the white supremacy,and the evolution of the international regime and the international relations with the white dominance.To better analyze the world politics,it is necessary to derive the rich resources from the political history of the states,the history of political thoughts,the history of the international socialist movements,the history of national liberation movements,and the history of international relations as well.Furthermore,studies on non-Western countries,especially those China’s neighboring countries,are also very important for the development of the world politics.Only186in this way can the situation that domestic students have been following the Western theories for decades,and can the genuine and independent Chinese social science be established.
